Senior Business Analysts are urgently required for a Regulatory Program (working on mis-sold Card Payment Insurance) for a globally accredited bank - paying up to £550/day and the programme plans are at least until Q3 2014.The Senior Business Analysts will have
Senior Business Analysis and ideally Project Management exposure
A proven track record in banking and/or financial services
PPI exposure and knowledge
Significant programme/project experience - covering business, operations and technology
Programme/project analyst with planning and project controls experience
Reactive and fast paced environments exposure
Operational incident management
and the following would be advantageous:
- Telephony/helpdesk design
- Knowledge of claims management handling and decision making
- Experience of PPI complaints
- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Senior Business Analysts with PPI exposure are urged to apply - the bank has significant plans in the area and the programme is planned for at least until Q3 2014, this is a unique opportunity to join an internally accredited bank for a rolling contract role (2 headcount signed off) paying £550/day - these are urgently hiring roles and the interview process will be a one-stage in-person interview in their Canary Wharf office.
