Real Staffing is currently working with our client to assist them in the recruitment of 2 additional Senior Sourcing Managers.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established brand as they build a new Procurement function from scratch. The function will be responsible for developing the systems, processes and reporting capability to enable people across the UK organisation to requisition goods and services simply and efficiently. They are seeking people to lead sourcing strategy for the organisation across high value / complex category areas, managing all associated commercial activity to drive value creation. You will be responsible for the full sourcing lifecycle from initial strategy, tendering, contract award through to transition, contract management and termination. Previous experience of Sourcing in any of marketing, Technology, Professional Services, Operations or Property highly beneficial.
To be successful in the role, you need to be able to display strong negotiation and influencing skills, and provide evidence of managing multiple stakeholders.
