Description
This position provides the opportunity to be involved in the successful implementation of the 2014 benefits structure changes as well as interface implementations as our client transitions to a new Medical provider for 2014. This will include assisting our HR staff with data mapping, configuration, and testing. The successful candidate will need significant experience implementing Benefits plan changes. Exposure to Enterprise Compensation Planning is an added bonus.
We are looking for a SAP HCM System Support Contractor with the following skills:
- At least 2 implementations including benefits
- 2-5+ years of experience with HCM Benefits Implementation/Production Support
- Familiarity with SAP portal and portal processes for HR as it relates to Benefits Enrollment through ESS.
Location: Norfolk, VA
Duration: 4 months with option to renew
Travel: not to exceed 10%
