Description

  • Manage the schedule of required Acceptance Test site visits and Quality Audit and Safety Audit site visits of the Quality and Acceptance Inspectors.
  • Make and consolidate progress reports of the Quality and Acceptance Inspectors.
  • Acquire a full understanding of the Acceptance schedule  Quality and Safety Audit schedule and project deliverable relating to Quality, Safety and Acceptance
  • Review and verify Acceptance schedule and performance data,  Quality and Safety Audit schedule, and performance data, verify it is in line with Project Quality, Safety and Acceptance deliverable.
  • Receive direction from the Senior Field Supervisor - Quality and Acceptance  and/or the Project Officer - Quality and Acceptance
  • Provide data and reports to the Senior Quality and Acceptance Progress and Reporting Specialist, and the QA Progress and Reporting Administrator
  • Receive direction from the Senior Field Supervisor - Quality and Acceptance and the Senior Quality and Acceptance Progress and Reporting Specialist to ensure project Quality and Acceptance processes and channels are established for updating and maintaining the schedule and performance data.
  • Support the management of progress monitoring, scheduling and reporting team in HQ and the Districts.
  • Prepare progress reports, evaluate against schedule and identify risk areas and highlight to Vendor/Contractor.
  • Provide regular report to the Project Control Manager and the Sr. Engineer on progress scheduling issues.
  • Perform all tasks and activities based on KPIs and performance levels communicated by the Senior Field Supervisor - Quality and Acceptance
  • Manage progress monitoring, scheduling and reporting resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Technical Qualification with relevant work experience and position/tool specific skills and capabilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years telecommunication experience in Project Control, Quality and Acceptance, Field Services related activities departments with 3 at supervisor level.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English language.
  • Strong Sharepoint skills, MS Office skills, use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of MS Project or Primavera or other equivalent project management tools.
  • Ability to prepare management reports and relevant project documentations.
  • Experience of managing small databases an advantage.
  • Visual Basic programming skills and advantage
