Hi,
We are currently looking for a
SAP technical coordinator to take part in a roll out in China
Profile
- High focus on SAP best practices, integration and core model approach. Ability to challenge requests out of these practices.
- High focus on business criticality of the requests : ability to understand the impacts, the urgency and the risk, and to prioritize work accordingly.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Pro-activeness, ability to gain trust from the team in order to anticipate issues.
- Knowledge in Adobe Form development is a plus.
- Knowledge in Data migration to SAP ERP is a plus.
Tasks:
- Participate in Gap-fit workshops with Functional experts and Business
- Build RICEFWs (ERP + BI) delivery planning based on: Functional specifications delivery dates, criticality, metrics, and other constraints
- Dispatch SAP ERP requests over the development team
- Validate qualification of the SAP ERP developments
- Monitor developments and deliveries
- Communicate the status to SAP Development Lead and Project team
- Provide guidance to the SAP ERP developers, build general technical design for SAP ERP when required
- Participate in periodic Quality audits for SAP ERP with the SAP Development Lead
- Onsite and offshore SAP ERP development resource management: anticipate capacity, organize and conduct interviews, select developers, onboard developers, manage the resource planning.
- The Development coordinator will be supported when requested by the SAP Development Lead.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and able to coordinate mutli site based technical teams (off shore, US, France..).
A good knowledge of functional integration is requested.
