Specials:
1. Knowledge of purchasing-planning processes, High Tech Manufacturing specific is important.
2. Sound knowledge and expertise with SAP MM (in particular purchasing org set-up global company, contracts, return/repair)
At least five to nine years experience with production execution processes in a HIGH TECH complex environment.
Specific knowledge in MM domain and especially in product related procurement:
* Material contract (full functionality)
* Not-repairable processing
* PO-output logic determination
* Purchasing organization set-up and determination with purchasing on global scale
* MRP profiling for multiple line req release
* SES
* Purchasing on WBS elements
Job/Role Description:
* The Business Process Consultant/Analyst acts as a first IT contact for Business key players and Business process owners in the organization.
* As a consultant you assess, change and refine business processes and related information systems to continuously increase their effectiveness.
* You are the link between the clients Operations organization (esp. Purchasing), the IT organization and the outsourcing partners.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage planning and execution of assigned Non Standard Changes:
- Create functional designs (based on standard SAP solutions), use cases and documentation.
- Create high level milestone plan and share plan with customer and NSC service provider.
- Validate and challenge estimates from NSC service provider and document initial and final estimates.
- Registrate NSC progress and status.
