Optimisation Network Engineer
We are currently recruiting for an Optimisation Network Engineer to join a leading telecoms company based in Brussels, Belgium for 3 months.
As the Optimisation Network Engineer, your key responsibilities will be;
* Participation in customer projects
* Collection and analysis of customer requirements
* Perform Network Optimisation at cellular level in order to contribute to regional quality of service by investigating network performance (based on analysis of drive test results, client complaints, performance indicator etc.)
* Issuing, discussing and implementing optimisation recommendations for network improvement
* Perform daily cell troubleshooting and take adequate actions to solve issues
* Perform cluster optimisation in order to improve quality
To be successful in this role you must have the following;
* Industrial Engineer Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent
* Previous design/optimisation 2G/3G especially domain RAN & Optimisation experience
* Knowledge of 2G Nortel RAN & 2G/3G HUA RAN including U900, 2nd carriers and 3rd carriers
* Excellent knowledge of Radio Planning tool, Asset, post processing tools Metrica, PRS & Actix and optimisation tools, Optimi
