This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a leading business.
Your Expertise;
* Requirement gathering and workshops
* Definition/documentation of the Design of the CRM solutions
* Stakeholder management
* Liaison with technical resource to fully define solutions for the business
* Problem solving so as to find the best answer to the needs of the business.
* Produce product documentation and end-user guides for developed solutions
