As part of the Global ERP team, this position will work with a consulting team to design, configure, document and implement the warehouse and logistics work stream aspects of SAP. This position will report into the Logistics Execution (LEX) work stream but will also work extensively with other workstreams impacted by warehouse management and logistics, including Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Make (PTM) and Procure to Pay (PTP). This position requires in depth knowledge and experience with SAP's warehouse management, logistics and shipping systems (WM and EWM) primarily from an IT and configuration perspective and a solid complementary knowledge of warehouse and logistics business and design aspects.

The successful candidate will have had experience and knowledge on how the WM and EWM modules influence warehouse design and how they are used to support the associated business practices. The responsibility will be to design processes, integrations and configurations in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives relative to the LEX operations. Key knowledge and experience using SAP WM (and or EWM) is required in these business areas Critical Warehouse and Logistics skill set Inbound and Outbound movement management Finished Goods and Raw Material Inventory Management Warehouse configuration Order fulfillment for distribution and provisioning for manufacturing Additional knowledge Use of RF devices for inventory movement Shipping and warehouse documentation requirements Hazardous and Dangerous Goods materials management (EHS knowledge would be a plus) Refrigerated materials management Scrap management Support for other work streams disciplines such as PTP and PTM requiring the use of Logistics and Warehouse functionality The position holder will work with Bio-Rad subject matter experts and stakeholders globally to Rationalize business processes across workstreams and regions to design integrated compliance and shipping solutions and document these future business needs in the context of the standard model Configure the WM and EWM warehouses Assess impacts of scope changes and assist in the preparation of functional specifications Document system configurations, SOPs and other operational workbooks Prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts Train technical work stream Center of Excellence team The position holder will operate in close partnership within the IT and Business communities, including Business process teams within LEX, OTC, PTP and PTM Subject matter experts External consultants Internal and external development teams IT equipment and infrastructure teams Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Projects, and Visio Experience, with respect to configuring SAP WM and or EWM Systems HPQC (QualityCenter), MS SharePoint Solid analytical skills and a strong vendorcustomer focus Excellent time management and problem solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal businesstechnical teams and external consultants. Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel on average 30, including international, with the ability to travel extensively as project needs require Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems or other relevant field. SAP certifactions for WM, EWM, or EHS will be considered to be advantageous.

A proven ability to manage projects and teams of IT and Business personnel who are not direct reports and work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones Five years or more years' experience supporting and configuring the SAP WM and or EW modules Proven collaboration across business and IT disciplines to achieve successful implementations in a global context Experience with systems implementation andor process transformation. The candidate must have experience in understanding current processes to be able to convert these to future business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relative to the SAP environment. The candidate must be able to design and map integration processes and sub-processes and to think through the implications of those designs. Proven ability to solve problems in a methodical manner and to track and measure expected results Able to manage independently all phases of a significant project or initiative Experience with international business processes, relationships and knowledge of other languages such as French will be a strong plus PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Projects, and Visio, SAP WM and / or EWM Systems, MS SharePoint
