A leading Call Center with sites across the UK are looking for Support Engineers for their Blackpool site. Their IT department is undertaking a range of new customers who are rolling our exciting upgrade projects encompassing desktop, infrastructure, software development and networking equipment. As a result, we are looking for 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Support Engineers for 3 month rolling contracts.

The IT Helpdesk Operator will provide first line technical support to customers via email or telephone. In this customer focused role, the IT Helpdesk Operator will log all requests for support, resolving where possible or assigning to the relevant support team member.

You will be taking calls from users with little or no IT knowledge so you must be a confident and effective communicator in both verbal and written forms, allowing you to communicate technical information to non-technical users and manage relationships with all levels of staff, occasionally on sensitive information.

We will be holding interviews on Wednesday morning ) so you must be available for a face to face interview on that date.

The rate is £16,,263 salary circa per annum.
