Description
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of IT Industry experience with 5 years in telecom Billing domain
- Has good understanding of Use Cases, User Stories
- Should have worked as Business Analyst for Billing RBM, collection management and Payments
- Sound knowledge and understanding of at least one COTS product in Telecom Billing domain
- Experience in business requirements gathering and elicitation
- Has awareness of Business Process Management, modelling tools techniques
- Understand solution architecture and interactions within existing systems stack
- Good understanding of integrated view of Telecom business, technology and end-to-end processes
- Substantial client handling, client facing, client interaction experience substantial client handling experience domestic/international clients
- Understanding of Telecom Frameworks Best Practices in the Telecom Industry such as eTOM, TAM, NGOSS, SID etc
- Has good understanding of various SDLC methodology Waterfall, Agile
- Candidates with MBA degree will have an added Weightage
