Description
The mission of the Cost Accounting Steering Centre (part of our clients Group Finance) is to develop, maintain and support Cost Accounting Processes and tools for the group (MOA, "Maitrise d'ouvrage"). Main tools are SAP (Invoice Processing), Ulysse/Concur (Expense Notes mgmt.) and Kaplan (Expense Allocation and budget simulation). We provide support to the internal users of the systems, manage process and system changes and projects (together with IT department).The mission consists in the automation of the monthly KPI calculation process for functional incident management tool(s)(JIRA based incident management tools), in order to reduce the recurrent workload of the support team when preparing the reporting dashboard update. The automation will be based on consolidating data from incident tool(s) databases, collated in one single database. Queries will be run on the database to produce the monthly KPI's presented in a user friendly interface. Next to KPI reporting, support team members would be able to type in comments next to KPI's to provide interpretation and cause/effect analysis for the management team. The functional incident reporting is a critical reporting process required to assess the service level performance with the agreed objective.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of VBA development experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years' of development experience with SQL in an Oracle environment using stored procedures and functions.
- Other experience in delivering reporting on functional incident management would be a plus.
Technical experience / knowledge:
- Expert in Visual Basic.Net and if possible Oracle DB Skills
- Very good knowledge of Word
