Senior HR Advisor - Financial Services - City, London - £45k + excellent benefits

My client is an international financial services organisation based in the City,London and they have a new role available at the Senor HR Advisor level. You will provide a HR advisory service to your own client group through consultation, influence and effective HR management

This role will provide a fantastic blend of operational and strategic HR and you will be supporting and influencing a commercial client group within the organisation. The key responsibilities for the individual will be;

* Headcount and business planning
* Employee development
* Appraisal and remuneration
* Specific project work

Ideal candidate for this position will have;

* Experience working at HR Advisor level

* Supported own client group (circa 200)

* Experience working for financial or professional services organisation

* CIPD qualified (Ideally)

* Degree Educated (2:1)

* Commercially minded

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Able to manage own time and workload
