A unique opportunity has come about to work for a leading Vendor in theUK. Your role as Sales Director will be to manage the sales team, as well as driving targets and achieving excellent results.

While the company are doing well and are profitable, over the next 4 years there is a strategic plan in place to aggressively grow revenue and profits, so this hire is seen as key to the development of the company.

You must have experience in the following: -

Previous history in a sales director capacity

Excellent knowledge of the ERP or CRM sales industry

Managing a sales team of 15+ heads

Leading sales teams who are both internal and external

Have the presence and ability to motivate the team

Software, as well as hardware knowledge

Product knowledge of ERP or CRM solutions

P&L responsibility, including forecasting & budgeting

Reporting directly to the MD
