Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst position is a key resource member of Corporate Human Resources and part of the Compensation SME team that works very closely with the Manager of Global Compensation and the Global HR team to implement and administer comprehensive compensation programs for the organization. Position is responsible for ensuring that the compensation programs are competitive internally and externally, as well as, consistent with Littelfuse global compensation strategy.  Serves as a key resource to support the development, analysis, management and execution of broad based pay programs - base pay, benchmarking, job evaluation and incentive programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist in the administration of Global compensation program execution which includes global base pay programs as well as conducting benchmarking studies for new and existing positions and recommending appropriate grade assignments,  job evaluations and ranks, conduct FLSA exemption status reviews and recommend exemption status for new and re-evaluated positions; analysing survey data as well as assisting and maintaining global database of  job descriptions and creating new job descriptions as needed.
  • Manage the administration and maintenance of global compensation database and software.
  • Support global compensation processes for the administration of the global job evaluation process, annual incentive plan, and provide support to the administration of the annual merit process.
  • Miscellaneous compensation projects

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 2-3 years or more of demonstrated compensation analysis experience with extensive experience in the discipline of market pricing and benchmarking, experience conducting job evaluations and maintaining job evaluation process is highly desirable.
  • Advanced excel skills are required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is highly desirable.
