Intranet Project Manager (Dutch & French speaking) - Brussels, Belgium

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Corporate Intranet within a large organisation
  • Familiar with SharePoint and proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, being an expert in negotiating and convincing and you have very good relationship skills.
  • Passionate about communication trends and familiar with digital evolutions in the market.

Description of work:

  • Provide support on the complete renewal of the existing corporate Intranet portal.
  • Manage a large Intranet project. The project has already concluded its start-up phase and now it needs to be continued and implemented.
  • Responsible of the planning and the follow up of the project.
  • Provide clear documentation and report while liaising with the different internal stakeholders.
  • Where necessary, you will also follow-up with external providers.
  • As a communication expert, you will provide help in the communication plan for the project.
