Oracle OBIEE Reports Analyst/Developer

Huntress Group are looking for a Oracle OBIEE BI Reports Specialist

Job description:

The reporting analyst/BI expert will be part of the project and will report to the lead of the part of the project that focuses on reporting and governance. Currently, a rather large change is being prepared resulting in cross organisational ways of working with support of a new service management tool. This change requires effective operations of core processes with sufficient insight in process performance and quality of operations from day 1.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating an excel model out of raw data from service management tooling for Incident, Problem and Change records.
- The model should enable quick calculations of necessary KPI's and different filtering's. KPI's are already agreed and documented and data availability is already taken care of.
- Responsible for creating the design of static reports that will be send on a frequent basis to key stakeholders.
- support daily operations in understanding reports, provide ad hoc analysis to be able to drive process results until reporting is good enough and run as business as usual

Required skills:
Resource must have excellent Excel skills, be analytic and good with handling large amount of data, have an eye for report design and be able to present values and numbers into easily understandable graphs and visualizations. Resource needs to be communicative and self going, well structured and the production of high quality reports under high time pressure will be a critical success factor. Basic understanding of ITIL framework and especially incident, problem and change processes is beneficial as well as service management tool Remedy (version 8.1). Knowledge and experience with Oracle OBIEE reporting solution is beneficial.
