Description
For my international client with offices worldwide, I am currently looking for a SAP CRM consultant to join the SAP team in the Swiss office on a permanent basis. The SAP CRM consultant needs to have good experience within the Marketing module. This will be an English speaking role, however German is an advantage. Occasional travel is required.Being part of the SAP team as a SAP CRM consultant means you are involved in lots of different projects and responsible for the full life cycle; from configuration to support.
The SAP CRM Consultant has the following responsibilities:
• Translating business requirements into system functionalities
• Building and designing marketing functionalities and business processes in co-ordination with the Process Experts
• Responsible for small and medium projects in the SAP CRM marketing area
• Creating or reviewing functional and technical specifications for enhancements, interfaces and data migration
• Supporting the developers
We expect the SAP CRM consultant to have the following skills:
• Several years of experience with SAP CRM, especially in the modules of Sales and Marketing
• Being involved in two full project lifecycles having implemented SAP CRM Marketing ( one of them with SAP CRM 7.0)
• Excellent communicator on all levels
• Great team player with positive attitude
• Dynamic personality who likes working in an international and global environment
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• University degree in information technology or similar
• Willingness to travel (international, depending on the project phase, overall below 40%)
• Needs to be eligible to work in Europe
