The ING strategic program One bank procurement aims at streamlining the ING cross-border procurement function both from a process and IT perspective. The end-to-end processes are considered: source-to-contract, request-to-pay and spend analytics. The scope of the assignment is focusing on contributing to defining the group standard and implementing that standard locally for Belgium.
Description
As functional analyst you are:
- contributing to defining the target procurement processes cross-border
- sparring with business counterparts on validation of central design documents
- assessing the technical feasibility based on the given TO BE End to end Request to pay process
- translate target processes into interfaces to local systems
- bring best practices and expertise to the table based on prior procurement project experiences
- collaborate with technical team and testing team in the local implementation
- apply a sound sense or realism of setting cost of implementation against benefits realised by one or the other solution alternative
- results/output driven, sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines with the right quality for each deliverable
