We are urgently seeking an online Web Specialist to work in Chertsey.

As the online IT Support Specialist you will provide technical support and guidance to online-store managers for our client throughout Europe for the online-store operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

" Provide direct IT support to the online-store managers.

" Response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting

" Guide and release HQ system standard to local online-store managers and any related local agency.

" Provide online-store system (admin) training to online-store managers etc.

" Communicate with HQ development team and local agency for any system integration.

" Integrate any related on-line web page or systems to the online store.

DIMENSIONS:

" Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons.

" Background knowledge for IT operation to communicate with HQ.

EDUCATION:

Degree in computer science or related preferred, however, applicants with other type of degrees or qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

" Languages & Scripts :JAVA, JSP, PL/SQL, HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS (intermediate level).

" Experience of E-commerce platform (Hybris would be beneficial but not essential).

" Database (Oracle, MS-SQL) experiences (intermediate).

" Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management.

" Ability to analyze business requirements from all key liaisons.

" Self starter, able to work under own initiative.

" Good team player.

" Well presented, professional and dedicated.

EXPERIENCE:

" Various experience of enterprise web site development project or operation (over 5 year experiences or equivalent preferred).

" Experience in developing and managing websites.

HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
