QA/RA Manager - £40,000 - £55,000 plus benefitsAn innovative and revolutionary medical device company are looking for a QA/RA manager to join their senior management team. Day to Day activity:
Managing the overall activities of the Q&RA function including product, process and people management
Maintain the Quality Management System, including:
- Quality Document reviews
- Report generation
- Quality database maintenance
- Internal Audit scheduling and completion including Supplier and Third Party Partner Audits
- Customer Complaints (CF's) and CAPA management
- Setting and delivering on objectives and KPI's
- Building relationships with the EU and Corporate Q&RA Teams
- Managing Product Quality issues with our customers
- Managing IVD vigilance (MDV and FSN) activities with the MHRA and other Competent
- Leading Continuous Improvement activities
Education:
- University Degree in a Technical/Scientific discipline or more than 3 years' experience in a senior Q&RA role
Requirements:
- A proven track record of leading a team
- Experience in managing a certified ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Be 5-Day Lead Auditor trained and have extensive first-hand experience of audits, customer complaints and CAPA's
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations, (ideally NEBOSH trained)
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Awareness of Continuous Improvement tools including Kaizen, Lean principles and visual management
