Description
We are searching for a Front End Web Developer to join our software team on a contract basis. In this position you will utilize Angular, LiveScript, Stylus, and Bootstrap CSS to apply visual design and fine-tune user interaction.
Job Description
- Work with the software team to develop and extend web application UI
- Implement new interactive product features
- Code up efficient HTML5/CSS3 to match designs
- Write unit tests
- Actively contribute ideas to improve the product
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years professional programming experience
- Experience with object-oriented and functional programming languages, event-based programming
- Full comprehension of the Javascript runtime and language design
- Proficient with CSS3/HTML5
- Understand HTTP/REST/JSON
- Experience with all major browsers and passable familiarity with their quirks
- Excellent debugging skills
- Familiarity with GIT or other version control systems
The Best Candidate Will Have Experience With
- Angular
- LiveScript
- Bootstrap CSS
- Functional programming techniques
This is a 5-6 month contract position with flexible hours (30-40 hrs/wk) which requires that you work remotely. Work may be extended for the right candidate.
