We are urgently seeking a CRM Technical Delivery Manager for an immediate start in Weybridge - this may involve European travel. Contract: 3 month initial with a view to 1 month rolling.

You will work on a European CRM Programme as the Position of Technical Project Manager, for this role you will be responsible for the end to end Technical Delivery of a European CRM Solution as well as running a Project Office to help control Technical Governance of the Project and assist in setting up Best Practices and Governance Procedures to keep the smooth running of the project.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

" Manages the definition of project scope and objectives in an AGILE/Prince Methodology Suite.

" Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

" Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

" Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

" Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

" Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

" Planning and Resource of Technical Work-streams

" Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.

" Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.

" Work collaboratively with Remote Teams and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between the company and its stakeholders are precise.

" Full Responsibility and Management of Support Staff.

" Full Responsibility of deliverance of the various Technical Website Solutions on behalf of the client for various Subsidiary Stakeholders.

" Responsible for assisting in setting up a Project office and to assist in managing governance procedures in according with Best Practice Project Methodology.
