My client has been going for over 20 years and sells a wide range of IT solutions, they have a number of offices throughout the UK and are now looking for a hungry & driven Sales Director based out of the Midlands office, who has a fantastic proven track record in sales as well as managing a team. You will play a key role in this growth through implementing strategy and driving performance, you must have experience in selling Dynamics CRM solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Director who is looking for a challenging role where he or she can have a real impact on the direction and growth of the company - in return you will be well rewarded financially and enjoy an excellent career development.

Responsibilities
  • Building up a UK-based Sales team.

  • New Business focused while also managing a small existing CRM team.

  • Hands-on approach to your leadership.

  • Define and implementing sales strategy across theUKwithin the CRM market.


Experience needed
  • 6+ years selling Dynamics CRM

  • Excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM solutions - having sold these into theUKmarket.

  • A proven track record demonstrating a real contribution and achievement.

  • Ability to work through and close off complex sales cycles.

  • Be entrepreneurial, have sound judgment, excellent commercial acumen, have a positive ability to lead and to influence customers and your team.

  • Be willing to travel

  • Full P&L responsibility



This role is paying a 80k basic with a realistic OTE of 160k in your first year.
