The job mission of the safety process coordinator supports is to enable and reach the next steps in Safety (awareness).
Job Description
Activities of the safety process coordinator are aimed at improving the production environment with regards to (human) safety. Together with a team he/she will enable the pre-conditions that are necessary to reach the next level. Activities are amongst others. Preparation/Facilitator of line follow up & Area Manager meeting and driving of the follow up. Perform safety audits to examine the current WoW and approach employees that are not working according to the safety guidelines;. Report (potential) unsafe situations;. Advice line management on preventive measures and facilitate on the implementation of these measures;. Implement improvements together with the shopfloor. Facilitate on incident investigation executed by EHS or external safety consultants;. On request and ad-hoc advise line management on safety items, if needed after consultation with EHS&S;. Facilitate and carrying out safety improvement projects which are part of the TF/EF Safety Roadmap;. Sharing Best Practices with the team and facilitate a Factory Broad roll out of the selected Best Practices; Depending on the Hazards in (the area of) the Factory you will work between the % in the cleanroom
Education
BSc or MSc in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Experience
The overall needed experience is. at least 5 years relevant work experience. experienced to work in multinational high tech (or production) environment or R&D or has been working abroad international.. Knowledge (of ASML) production process/environment/culture. VCA - VOL (or MVK or HVK (this preferred).
