Description
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years or more experience in a desktop support role in a mid to large size environment
- Must be able to learn new things quickly, not afraid to ask questions and jump in and assist with small learning curve
- Exceptional soft skills including interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Expert level troubleshooting abilities within Microsoft operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 7 and related software including MS Office
- Strong experience working within Active Directory in a corporate environment including account creations, moves, modifications, permissions and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting remote access and home networking/connectivity issues such as VPN
- Solid experience supporting various types of hardware including desktops, laptops, phones
- Must have outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, professional in image and speech as well as good with handling difficult users
- Must be a self starter, motivated individual
- Experience working and documenting within a ticketing system
Additional Information:
Hours of the Position/Shift: 8-5pm
