Role Description
Understand and analyse the needs of the business. Work on projects to define, shape, review and validate requirements to Change processes, products and service offerings. Evaluate and recommend solutions to address the identified business requirements to drive business improvements
Core Accountabilities
- Interviews and surveys stakeholders to assess and document business process across the organizations
- Interfaces with members to collect and analyze information
- Works with Project Managers to ensure documentation shows complete picture of member's needs
- Develop as is picture of current processes
- Creates process diagrams and process documents
- Formally evaluates/analyzes alternate processes or paths to engineer the optimal solution
- Develops means to measure potential solutions to quantitatively evaluate process alternatives
- Ability to review and analyze current business process and logically evaluate them to identify changes that will make process more effective and efficient
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Essential qualities
- Minimum 5 years' experience business analysis
- High quality interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with custom processes, Experience with post services, express or parcel services
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Problem solving
- Good presentational skills, English is the common work language
- Proficient with MS Office products, specifically Excel and Visio
Desirable qualities
- Degree level or equivalent
