Description
Commissioning and Qualification Engineer required for a 3-6 month initial contract on a start up purification facility in Northern England.We are looking for an individual with Start-up and Commissioning experience of API or Biotech plants.
There are multiple roles with start dates into January 2014.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that all commissioning and qualification (C+Q) activities as directed by the C+Q lead, are developed executed and reported in accordance with our clients requirements and that all equipment/ utilities and systems are fully commissioned and qualified in line with the project timelines and milestones.
Requirements:
To achieve these end goals, a broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry is required ideally encompassing a design of implementation , operations, engineering and QA functions’, in order to appreciate the impact that commissioning and qualification activities have on the success of subsequent routine operations.
Applicants will have a formal qualification in a related discipline
Applicants will have a good understanding of GMP.
This is an excellent potentially long term opportunity for the right individual, offering the scope for continued work until December 2014.
