Will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of various Supplier Diversity activities and initiatives and will deliver against objectives with excellence ensuring consistency with company's overall strategy, commitment, and goals.

Job description and main responsibilities
- Diverse spend management and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the on-going tracking and analysis of company's diverse spend
- Manage the reporting of company's spend to key customers on a quarterly basis using customers' online portals
- Assist with structuring, instituting and managing the capture, reporting, and analysis of company's program from prime suppliers' quarterly diverse spend submission
- Maintain current database of diverse suppliers to ensure accurate spend tracking and reporting
- Perform analysis on spend to identify gaps on spend data, identify trends, and highlight opportunities

External Communication
- Manage the online supplier registration portal and outgoing communications to registered suppliers
- Assist to partner with external Supplier Diversity councils and organizations and enhance the company brand
- Work with Corporate Affairs and IT to manage and maintain the content of company's Supplier Diversity website
- Represent company at external events, conferences, and trade show by managing all marketing and communication, coordinate for event planning, and participate in external events to maximize company's corporate image
- Manage the day-to-day interaction and contact with potential minority and women owned businesses
- Author, prepare, and submit nomination packets for company to the outside organizations

Internal Engagement
- Strategically engage and administrate Supplier Diversity Champions in each of the category for Supplier Diversity Support
- Responsible to help increase awareness of minority and women owned suppliers to internal buyers and stakeholders to promote the growth and sustainability of current diverse suppliers
- Assist to manage the Supplier Innovation Challenge progress by connecting and introducing suppliers and innovations to the appropriate business units and stakeholders
- Work with procurement organization to incorporate diverse suppliers into the Strategic Sourcing Process
- Coordinate and host regular meetings with diverse suppliers and buyers to sustain and grow spend as well as addressing risks
- Maintain and manage diverse supplier portal to ensure supplier profile visibility and accuracy throughout the organization
- Assist to conduct annual on-site Supplier Exchange Forum mating diverse suppliers with Prime suppliers
- Responsible in keeping track of expenditures and payments for all supplier diversity related costs/budget

Limited amount of travelling will be required

SKILLS:

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communication, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Diversity, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, including knowledge relative to expanding corporate supplier diversity program
- Demonstrate experience in a corporate environment including the assessment of organizational procurement needs and process
- Demonstrate successful experience in managing effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external councils/agencies
- Demonstrate experience developing and implementing metrics and reporting mechanism to measure program effectiveness
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skill and leadership competency
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and leverage relationships with employees and suppliers at all level
- Must have strong analytical skills with ability to think strategically
- Must have strong accountability and drive for results
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people both internal and external
- Must demonstrate influencing and leading skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment and possess the power of agility at workplace
- Ability to effectively manage several projects and follow-through with diligence
- Must have excellent excel skills, will need to know how to extract data, V-lookup, pivot tables.
