My client, an NHS organisation in South-East England, are looking for an Interim Quality Manager for a minimum period of 3 months.

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join the organisation where they will be covering a period of leave.

In this role you will drive the patient quality agenda and provide inspirational leadership to the team, including nurses and allied health professionals during a period of transformation of patient care.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills;
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare policy, nursing regulation and clinical guidance
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation and people management skills with ability to forge effective relationships with patients, clinicians, executives, and regulatory agencies
  • Proven track record in leading and developing on clinical improvement initiatives, service redesign and clinical transformation
  • Specialist in evidence based clinical practice, clinical audit and governance methodologies
