JOB Title - Enterprise Architect
Location - Gothenburg, Sweden
Contract Duration - 12 Months
Role Detail
1) Requirements solicitation: Solicit requirements, core problem areas and pain points of the business, understanding of how those requirements fit into the broader enterprise context and analysing them to form the short-term and long-term vision and road-maps
2) Enterprise context: Provide the bridge between a given project or solution and how that project fits into the broader context. The solutions provided for the particular project must need to fit with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
3) Analysis: The analysis of the requirements to address architectural questions including key elements of the problem or solution, the relationships between them, the value provided by the combinations
4) Conceptualize: Create a conceptual vision of the solution with diagrams and articulation, the systems that the solution will interact with, major logical features/functions and data flows across and internally within the systems
5) Abstract: Provide architecture viewpoints of business, application, technology, data and security perspectives. This includes filtering the content by separating concerns, suppressing irrelevant details from each perspectives.
6) Create visuals (that depict all the perspectives) in standard formats and creative ways to communicate the abstractions of the viewpoints
7) Create formal specifications of the architecture viewpoints with all the details
8) Communicate the architecture viewpoints and specifications to business and technical stakeholders, design teams, development and testing teams
9) Enable the architecture to come alive during the solution realization by continuously improving them
10) Negotiate with suppliers to have the best cost fitment models
11) Provide adaption and transition strategies
12) Evangelize the solutions
Skills required from technology point of view
a) J2EE, AWS, Multi Tenancy
b) Working knowledge on integrating with Back End platforms like SAP/Oracle Apps etc
c) Physical architecture (Servers/network/Routers/load balancers) design that fits the solution
d) Security architecture - OATH, SAML, SSO
e) Capacity sizing and bill-of-material preparation
Skills required from methodology point of view
a) TOGAF
b) ATAM
c) Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM
