Service Management Solution Architect, PMP, ITIL, TL9000, ETOM,
Connect 44 are currently recruiting a Service Management Solution Architect to work for a prestigious telecoms firm in Shenzhen, China.
This is a 6 Month Initial Contract.
The correct candidate will have extensive IT/Telco Service Management experience, including pre-sales solution development, bid management, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI developments, SOW creation, Due diligence, transition and operation solution development.

Jon Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in IT field or equivalent
2. Minimum of 10 years of IT industry experience including experience for IT Outsourcing projects for large enterprise
3. Rich Experience in all aspects of entire Lifecycle from RFI/RFP till Delivery & Post-Delivery Support
4. Rich Experience in writing winning Proposals and translating business need into IT Solution
5. Service Management Processes including Service Desk Management and coordination
6. Support Experience in Managing IT Operations of Telecom Operators
7. Candidates possess knowledge of PMP or equivalent, eTOM, ITIL or TL9000.
8. Energetic and logical thinking; be able to travel occasionally and work overseas.
9. Mature and positive attitudes; possess good interpersonal communication skills; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
10. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.
