  • Responsible for selling Storage solution for world leading telecom operators through management/strategy consulting approach.
  • Build storage consulting methodology and sales strategy.
  • Frequent C-level client visit. Be responsible for offering expert suggestions about Storage backup/archive/DR solution, storage source management, storage virtualization, data migration solution & consultation service .
  • Responsible for leading/participating key storage projects.
  • Responsible for supervising global-wise client network and improving operation capability for key clients and key projects.
  • Responsible for identifying client strategies and pain points through client visit, survey and analysis that suit for clients' culture, political environment and marketing position.
  • Responsible for helping global-wise project teams to extract and integrate experience and knowledge, and to develop methodologies and modals that fit typical client cluster and country circumstances
  • Responsible for mentoring intermediate and junior level consultants to make improvements in the areas of core capabilities and performance, and helping them to successfully develop career path


  • Minimum 10 years industry experience
  • Candidate could from world leading telecom operators' senior management.
  • Candidate also could from world leading firm in charge of Internet service enterprise service offering, such as EMC, VMWare, Symantec,Comvault, IBM,HP,Dell enterprise dept, etc.
  • Great network in Telco industryHave lead several storage projects
  • Enterprise service consulting, Internet service consulting background preferred
  • International working background
  • Frequent world-wide travel (up to 50% of working time)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
