Within the Program our team is responsible for creating a temporary, virtual Finance Service Organization which will become responsible for both running and changing the services offered on the new Finance (and Risk) platform. A Target Operating Model for both Information and Application Management has been defined.
We are seeking for a Senior Agile Consultant/Coach to achieve several objectives:
1. Further develop the vision on an agile approach for the excution of this program.
a. Experience in implementing/creating a large scale agile development organization including an appropriate governance is a must
b. Experience in doing so on a large platform (Oracle) is a pre
2. Identifying and executing short-term possibilities within the program to take steps towards the Target Operating Model
a. Description of the advantages of using agile methods to execute changes on the new Finance platform
b. Clarification of required roles and responsibilities
c. Practical implementation of solution to some of these possibilities
3. Develop an adequate governance between changes between different teams
