Job Description:
• Executing, tracking and reporting on the test execution
• Be part of a global team of testing engineers, participate and contribute in internal design review of testing materials
• Interact regularly with client and teams on site and offshore to deliver timely, high-quality testing solutions
• Create test cases, calendar highlights, report defects and track fixes to closure
• Check and maintain test environment; execute, track and report on test execution; analyze results and communicate status; deploy HFs and keep track of everything that is installed in the environments
• Work with different delivery groups (development, ST, migration, implementation) and customer
Job Requirements:
• 4+ years testing experience (experience in testing tools)
• 4+ years UNIX experience
• Strong hands on experience with executing manual and automated tests, along with first level investigation and root cause analysis
• Experience with DB and data modeling principles and associated tools (SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Oracle)
• Experience in End To End testing in CES projects
• Knowledge/Experience in BSS 8.1 suite (Billing, CRM, OMS, APRM) – big advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitasking work
• Ability to coordinate small teams
• Self-Learning ability
• Ability and willingness to work long hours
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
