Description
An elite investment bank is seeking a qualified Mortgage Products Valuations associate to join the team in Downtown Manhattan. Primary responsibilities will include: conducting bi-monthly IPV of designated complex trading books with concentration on Agency MBS products; calculate monthly valuation adjustments; provide weekly reports on significant price changes & trends and their P&L impact. The candidate must have in depth pricing and valuation knowledge in structured Mortgage Backed Securities.Experience Required:
- 3-5 years experience in valuation of Agency MBS, CLO, MBS, or other structured Mortgage Backed products
- Advanced Excel Skills: Ability to interpret and write formulas
- Academic Background in Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Quantitative Analysis is preferred
