Working in a small change team, the Organisational Change Manager will work on the training strategy, communications, operating model and general change management activities.Previous experience of working as an Organisational Change Manager on an IT driven transformational project is required, and previous experience of working in the telco sector is advantageous but not essential.
The Organisational Change Manager must be a fluent English and Hungarian speaker, and the contract is likely to run well beyond the initial engagement period.Rates vary from €350 / day to €550 / day depending on experience and background.
