Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Participates in, and conducts company training programs.
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
- May be involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
Will be performing the gap analysis review on an international utilities' technical training program to show it meets SAT process.
SKILLS:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Familiarity in the SAT process for developing a training program is required.
- Must be familiar with ADDIE process and able to review a training program, job task Matrix and determine if it meet US SAT process requirements. Then make recommendations for fixing gaps.
- PWR power experience desired as well as GAAP Analysis.
- The company is building a power plant and the candidate may be travelling to Korea or United Arab Emirates with all expenses paid. Preference for retired power plant employees.
