Oracle System Administrator, Oracle
I'm looking for an Oracle System Administrator for a long term contract in Amsterdam working for a leading company. You will work in a State of the Art environment together with the expert team. You will plan, install and configure the product. You will implement applications, set up distributed queuing, enable appropriate security, administer and operate a queue manager network and perform basic problem determination and implement clustering.
You need to have:
- Good understanding of Oracle databases, related utilities and tools
- Good knowledge of the physical database design
- Good understanding of the underlying operating system
- Knowledge of ALL Oracle backup and recovery scenarios
- Min 5 years as senior Oracle working in a project environment
- Experience of above within a project environment using ITIL and Prince concepts
