A Global Pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Ireland is currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join their team on a contract basis during an exciting period of projects.The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist are as follows:
• Support of manufacturing operations on site ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Provide QA Oversight for routine Batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Cleaning Procedures and Protocols.
• Deviation and CAPA follow up taking a role in plant process validation projects.
• Take a role in driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across the site.
To fulfil these requirements for the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist you should have the following skills/experience:
• Previous experience of working within a highly regulated Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience and knowledge of CAPA and Validation documentation requirements and composition.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
