QA/RA Manager - £50,000 plus benefitsA brand new role has now been created with an exciting medical device company, currently growing at 20% year on year organic growth. In this role you will be able to make your own stamp on this ambitious company by taking their ISO 9001 QMS and implementing your own QMS to meet ISO 13485 standards.
This role is based in South Wales and offers superb career advancement and the opportunity to evolve your own team and directly impact the continual growth of the company.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Working knowledge of implementing ISO 13485
- Project Management
- Submission of 510(k)
- Staff development and mentorship
- Improved CAPA processes
Desired Skills:
- Hosted an MHRA/FDA audit
- FMCG
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong communication skills
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation and energy with an ability to work well within a team
- Drive innovation
- Hands on approach
