Description
For my client, a large international company in the Pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland, I am currently looking for an experienced CRO Outsourcing Manager with a background in Laboratory and Human Tissues. This is a 12 months contract with good option to extend. Fluent in English is mandatory.The CRO Outsourcing Manager will be mainly responsible for CRO selection, negotiate contract terms, ensures project schedule and budget, etc.
The CRO Outsoucing Manager needs to have experience in the following:
Several years’ experience in running international clinical trials.
Good understanding and experience with the CRO market on international level
Understanding of contracts
Proven working experience in a similar role
Experience with an intercultural team
Strong negotiation, communication and decision making skills
Experience in a Laboratory (must)
Experience with Human Tissues (must)
Fluent in spoken and written English. Any other European language is an advantage
