My client, an international company and market leader in its field, is currently looking for their office in Switzerland an experienced SCM Business Process Analyst to join their fast paged dynamic team. My client is very international, so English is mandatory; however any other European language e.g. German will be advantageous.The SCM Business Process Analyst has the following tasks and responsibilities:
• Lead a global team of Process Analysts in the Supply Chain Process Area
• Act as a change manager and interface between our global business transformation program and business stakeholders in your process area
• Drives the process area strategy together with the Process Owner and ensure global alignment of business processes
• Assess as-is business processes and ensure high quality requirement definitions
• Assess, develop and implement market best business practices
• Act as interface towards IT and work closely with solution architects
• Ensure high quality implementation of our global business template
• Lead various SCM business projects from requirement definition to implementation
• Decide on, manage and drive change requests in your process area
• Ensure high quality process documentations, requirement definitions, training materials and test cases for the Process Area
The SCM Business Process Analyst needs to have the following skills.
• Very strong and broad business and process understanding within the SCM Area in the areas Procurement, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Outbound, Material Management
• Several years of working experience in SAP consulting or in business transformation programs
• Strong SAP ECC background (ideally involved in several implementation projects)
• Self-driven and communicative team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude
• Sympathy for a fast paste and global working environment
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• International travel is required
