Rates Electronic Trading Support Role

Our client, which is an international financial institution in Midtown Manhattan is looking to fill a permanent role which would serve as a Rates Electronic Support Analyst. Salary is K. OPT and F1 visas are not acceptable. No relocation assistance. Candidates must have previous experience in electronic trading and interest rates.

Responsibilities

- Sustain the infrastructure for the Interest Rates business globally

- Working with Interest Rates Trading Desk to make sure the trading and risk systems are working efficiently

- Start of day checks and ensuring that the system runs smoothly every day

- It is vital that the system stays connected so client can continually perform external trades with partners

- Candidates should have experience with Unix/Linux and similar databases such as Oracle and SQL

- Candidate should be comfortable resolving issues and troubleshooting any problems that might arise
