My client are a market leading company specialising in supplying OEM's with specialist refrigeration, vending machines, and drink dispensers etc.The company has multiple sites around the country, but this role would be based in Bolton reporting into a Regional MD.
The position would involve:
- Strategic development of warehousing and support of added-value operations
- Operations Management
- Warehouse/Logistics/Transactional Management
- Develpment of Supplier Quality (ISO9001)
- Improve and implement processes (eg with Lean, Six sigma, Kaizan, Kanban etc)
- Some national and international travel.
