CRM specialist required for a telecoms project in Stockholm with extensive experience of Customer Services Interfaces and Self Service.

Tasks include understanding client user stories and use cases and turn these into functionality in the front and Back End of a home grown CRM system. Experienced in UX customer experience and interaction design, knowledge of Tridion CMS would be a bonus.
