Current looking for strong and skilled IT Service Desk Support agent with experience supporting large enterprise environments.

Looking for a someone who is not a job hopper, someone with stable job history and experience with Network and Remote Connectivity Support

Level II
Key to success - strong education background (completed Assoc/Bachelors in IT related field or other IT certifications) AND strong customer service background preferably in a call center environment. Preference for candidates with experience working with help desk/customer service utilizing ticketing systems.

Requirements:

  • Looking for candidates with stable work history - job hoppers need not be considered
  • Must have experience with MS Office Products listed in Resume as part of their technical experience.
  • Must be able to provide Advanced Network and Remote Connectivity Troubleshooting/Application support.
  • Server+ certification - A plus

Position: Service Desk Support Agent

Location: Mason, OH 45040

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm  M-F and on call every 3rd week

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Pay Rate:  $13.00-$14.00
