Description
Work closely with a global engineering team of software developers and test engineers to:- Develop Test Cases and automated test scripts to test the functionality of the Customer's Telematics system application software (both on-board and off-board).
- Setup, configure and troubleshoot test environment (hardware and software) as needed to complete assigned testing.
- Create and run automated functional, regression and performance software testing using hardware in the Loop.
- Identify new opportunities and test improvements based on quality data analysis and result documentation.
- Create automated test data analysis routines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- One or more years of work experience in software verification testing or off-board machine data system development.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a small dynamic team environment.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience post college degree.
- Knowledge of the Customer's Electronic Controls.
- Vector tools: Canape, CANalyzer
- dSPACE hardware in the loop test system experience.
- Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow experience
- Intermediate experience with Scripting, Software Tests, Testing-Integration, Test Planning, and Python
