Description:Working on an application that handles performance management of data collection projects in VOIP, mobility, and other domains. Responsible for all major IT releases for delivering data collection for various performance management domains. Support network performance data collection for features on a performance management application. Network-facing interfaces/protocol data collection and value-add data processing development. Architect/design, code, test, support network facing data interfaces and post-processing. Backend system development; no user/GUI tasks.
SKILLS:
Networking/Communications software development, Java, Java Collection Framework, SNMP, CLI Router interfaces, Application Development (Client Server, Design high performance/reliability/Multithreading, Distributed and parallel processing, Perl and Shell programming, Development on Linux environments, IP Routers domain knowledge, Webservices/Weblogic; Network Routers experience strongly preferred. Knowledge needed in Unix/Linux. Experienced developer with strong networking knowledge of many of the following UDP, SSH/SFTP/SCP, HTTP, XML, SOAP.
