Description
Seeking a candidate with heavy experience in coding with Visual Basic for Applications/SQL server coding, in addition to Data Analytics. This position is responsible for ad-hoc data analysis, and will also support multiple additional transport programs. This position will perform deep dive analysis of cell site inventory and location data upon request to ensure data integrity across multiple source systems. This position is responsible for producing reports, scorecards based on cell site, and location research. Reporting capabilities range from summary level (pivot tables) to detailed tracking of specific data attributes.
This position is responsible for defining requirements for developers to create new reports and for testing finished reports. Must be capable of analysing data from multiple sources to determine the best source to meet the reporting requirements. Must be capable of working with source system technical teams to gain access to data and assess usability for the transport programs. This position is also responsible for understanding business processes in place to maintain source system data and data flows from system to system. Must be capable of introducing enhancements to such processes or correcting gaps in such processes to improve data integrity.
SKILLS:
Expertise with advanced features for Excel required. Expertise in data analysis, charting, trending required. Expertise in reporting and data presentation/scorecards required. Visual Basic for Application required. Project Management, Business Requirements desired. Working knowledge of MS ACCESS and SQL Server desired.
